Guild Hall Ale Merchant
this npc came to me one morning when i was clicking away on my beer.
Since this will be considered a gold sink(money title) it should be available in GH only for 100k.
Why this would be a good idea, Ale is hard to find(in my honest opinion) and there is no stable price, and the only good time to farm drunkard points is either st. patricks day holiday or wintersday, or by doing snow man and frosnis dungeons a couple thousand times
what this npc should have to offer.
Less spaming WTB DRUNK POINTS
offer a price on ale like mats with a request quote button and a bulk buyer (extra fee charge to keep it stable)
this npc should carry all types of alcohol(opinions on kegs though)
A sale area as well for those who need to offload some ale from farming(for 40% less or more then buying for the NPC)
Taking extra money out of players pockets thus, helping the economy

No stable price? 100g per minute is a solid standard. Even the 5-point alcohols are no longer commanding the premiums they used to, and you can easily find kegs being sold for 15k.
The supply of alcohol has expanded enormously in recent months, which is the main reason the price of all alcohols has dropped to rock bottom. Even before then, drunk points could also be farmed at festivals other than those you mentioned: Halloween (farm collectables and ToT bags), Dragon Festival (farm tokens), etc. Then there is the grog introduced last September, which is farmable during Talk Like A Pirate Day. Finally, there is an absolute flood of alcohol coming from Huntsman and Traveler gifts.
That said, I don't have any objection to an NPC alcohol trader set up along the same lines as the Rune, Dye, and mats traders. But, I see no reason why a similar service shouldn't be offered for sweets and party points as well.

If you don't feel like spamming WTB's, there are merchants in prophecies selling Dwarven Ale for 200g. More than the WTS usual asking price, but if you're that lazy, it's there.

there are merchants that already sell ale in town, for example the merchant in beacons perch sells dwarven ale and the ones in kaineng sell juni berry juice. those are fixed prices and always available so they can't be that hard to find

i just think it would be better to hav eone set up like a mat trader because then you have selection and ease of use in the comfort and (for some) less lag then having to go to other towns and staying in the american discs of kamadan, which is the reasons i have my all chat and trade chat turned off and just pm people who are selling, imo its a waste of time for those who have stuff to do and would be easier to do in GH a few mins a day with out having to go to buy alcohol

Orrr... They could just add Dwarven Ale to the merchant that's already available.
But yeah, the price of drinks has been stable at 100g per point for a long, long time. (Battle commendation = salvage kit = 100g / Battle commendation = ale = 100g) The 3 minute / 5 level drinks (spiked egg nog, etc) got their value from there.

well if adding a sweets and party points merch then so be it with the same general idea of the ale merch
also if the price is stable then why are people trying to for 150-300 gold for level one drinks in kamadan

This makes much more sense than the OP's idea. There's no need for a new Guild Hall NPC just for this. It's not a big deal to zone to one of the towns like Drok's or Kaineng for Dwarven Ale or Rice Wine if you just want to buy some ales, though.

Though I don't really care, I will troll and comment anyway.
In my opinion, consumable titles are easy to get - they don't require much WTB spamming in Spamadam these days, just stop trying to lowball and pay the standard 100-120g/min prices. "Back in the day..." alcohol was a standard 150g/point.
Secondly, just looking at Guru high end thread after an in-game event, the market is flooded with large quantities of party/sweet/alcohol.
Finally, more to the point of the NPC idea, if you do it for the booze title it would be needed for the sweet and party title to keep it 'fair' - no fair = moar QQ.
So if anything, it would be a 3-in-1 trader... Festivities, or something along the line of that name (consumables is already taken, and it would wtfconfuse people thinking conset!11one).

Because EVERYTHING in the game is sold for more than you are willing to pay, and EVERYONE will only buy for less than you are selling for. Sadly, no one is intelligent enough to split the difference to make a sell/buy.
